Small world indeed. Linnet Hill perhaps! I used to live on Bury Rd closer to Oulder Hill. If memory serves, Robster also lived on Bury Rd the other side of Oulder Hill shops.

S&P moved 35 points and 15 points in the last 2 weeks, and volatility went down a 62 point range vs an 84 the previous week.
We all know what low volatility means - just sayin'.
