A link to an article where a Russian scammer is talking about his current scam where he announces it's a pyramid scheme and not everyone will get their money out of it, yet people still are investing in it. Some are losing their house and apartments because they took a loan against them to invest (are you listening BigOlBoy).

I hope the Elevation Group and ProphetMax people are still reading this. With people this desperate it is a sure sign the economy is quickly heading into the next deep recession or depression and you'll want to hold on to all the money you have.

It's been said before, so very clearly here. Get you money back from ProphetMax and Elevation Group and prosecute them for fraudulently selling financial products without a license. Or it will vanish...even the ProphetMax computer software Quant investments.

Be carefull actual, the "people" in this room will not tolerate a point of view that is not aligned with theirs. After calling you many ugly names, and attempt to humiliate you, they will eventually threaten you, and find your other public forums accounts in an attempt to harass your family and friends. I'm betting BigOlBoy is not dumb, but that Dillard is much, much better at Marketing. Most people are not fully educated about investing and sadly make decisions without some professional independent consultation. BigOlBoy is not alone in this.

I understand the publicity shot of Branson is typical marketing schtick. It called "Association Advertising". The thing is, his text on the web page reads like he has something going with him, which would be false advertising and I'm betting that Branson has strict rules about using his image in advertising, even on a blog.

Ok so we sign a LPOA with broker for PM Managed FX to trade our accounts, then 24/4 trading partner is announced as GFM, no new LPOA is signed. So I need legal entities of each one and if proved different then broker had no right to allow GFM to be trading my account?

I'm going to make a wild guess. Mike is going to 'spend' all his commission on legal advice. Unfortunately these expensive lawyers are going to tell him its not worth your while pursuing legal action because the company is about to go bankrupt.

Now that all his commission has been spent he cant afford to refund any of you.

The fact that he said "no reimbursement" during his promotional videos with Mike Dillard suggests to me that May 16-17 was a foregone conclusion. Why did he disappear for a couple of weeks prior to May 16th. We had no webinars during that time.

I saw a post made by one of the PM members claiming that Pousa stated in one of his webinar meetings that Dillard did NO due diligence. Imagine that; one crook turning against another :idea:
