Apart from www.saxobank.com is there any othe rreputable broker in FX who offers following
Spot Fx + FX Options under one account (so that it can becross margined)

have a look at http://www.interactivebrokers.com. Spot, options and futures are all available on one account, not sure about the margin requirements though

Let me ask you (assuming you are the same) if Saxo have cheated you for 12k
Why don't you go to them and sort it out in person
I am sure it will cost you perhaps no more than 4-5000 .. even then you might get 6-7 K back?

You'd throw good money after bad, eh? Not to mention the time required, which also is a cost.
