Through my research combined with all the help and references I have got from you guys, I have concluded that this is definitely a fradulent attempt. The person that keeps calling me is calling himself Ben Schindler fro the Securities Trading Board and a Mr. John Ferko from Pierce Morgan Capital Management. The calls have been in relation to shares in a company called Esteemed Software Solutions.
Everything is a big frud and falls right into the profile what is listed as typical scams by the FSA as well as the equivalent in both Norway and Sweeden.
