An interesting and brave (and occasionally painful to read, when I see someone else making the same mistakes I did!) thread, CYOF.
After several attempts lasting a few months live trading YM, I eventually decided to stop gambling without a proper strategy and spend time just playing with charts and indicators, to see what works.
As others have said, the problem with paper trading is that you can't help doing different things when real money is at stake.

DTN IQfeed might be worth a look. I use them to trade YM and the feed is stable and accurate.

Note there is no exchange fee for CBOT minis, e.g. YM.
