That is one of the worst articles I have read in terms of it's lack of a fundamental understanding of the economics underlying housing and where it currently stands and therefore it's supporting industry.
This one is better although I don't subscribe to their headline..the jury is still out on housing in terms of exactly where it goes from here..although anyone who cares much about risk assessment will have narrowed down the impact of various options on his personal investments..
