Lost Link: Independent System Review/Testing

I lost the link, and can't remember the name of the outfit, but I remember they are based out of North Carolina, and act as a sort of Consumer's Reports.... indepentently testing the resluts of commercially available Systems like John Ehler's MESA system.

They are good. They've been around a long time, and are a no bull**** outfit. But they sure need to work on their web presence.... if you don't know the name of their magazine they near impossible to find by Googleing the subject area.
