I also think the idea for coworking space is a good way to go. Trading, as with other freelancing positions, can develop in the long-term social anxiety or reservation due to the isolation. So gathering with people, no matter the field of work, can neutralize that effect, whilst still you dispose with your time and can decide when to go to work. If you don't like it, you can always leave the space (assuming you haven't paid in advance for several months and wish to take use of it). Another way is to set yourself dedicated working hours and outside of them socialize at most. Even taking a dog that needs to be walked in the morn and evening, for instance.
