Load back data on 2000i

Hello All,

I am trying to load back data from eSignal. They have a plug-in but when I run it, it tells me that I have eSignal 5.00 and I need 6.0+. This despite the fact that I have the most recent version - 10.0.0!

Any ideas on how to get around this?

Call eSignal and ask them as they should know how to address this.
