Standard news sources don't provide this stuff. You need live commentary from traders. Here's some sources

I use Forex News | Currency News by ForexLive

Also if you have or open an account at forex.com they have a realtime traders commentary on their ForexTraderPro platform under the FOREXINSIDER tab. Invaluable realtime information.

Finally FXDD (my primary broker) provides news commentary from their own traders and ThompsonReuters via the MT4 platform.
