Your account opening form seems to be at an ordinary http address, rather than a secure site? Also, if someone applies to open an account and your promotional offer changes again, which will the client receive? Presumably we would be eligible for the one in force when the form was submitted, not when the account is funded or the first trade was made?

Don't quite see how you apply when one offer is in force then be given a different one when you actually trade.

Also, it still says 'http' not 'https' on the account opening page?

If you hover your pointer over the "Apply for Live Account" button and look in bottom left corner you will see that it's https.

Re offer: it depends on the time lag. Some people wait for months and months before trading - that's why we can't keep offers open-ended.

Make sure you save/PDF print a copy of the offer T&C's as soon as you place your first trade. Some spreadbetting companies have a habit of changing them to their clients' disadvantage and using it against them when they come to withdraw.

Your starter refund offer terms contradict with the example given in your website:

It says minimum deposit 4,000 euro but the example says you deposit 3,500 euro and get your 200 euro losses refunded.
