In need of some help

Hi all,

does anyone know of any companies that are offering trainee trader places to non graduates? Really want to get in to trading just the few places I have lloked all appear to be self backed?? I do not have the capital or the knowledge of trading to back myself as yet. Any other guidance would also be greatly appreciated. I believe I have what it takes to be succesful, I am just unsure as to where to start out.
