I started off using Finspreads they were pretty good and moved to CityIndex last year. Their old platform wasn't the best and they earned a reputation for it. However they have now released a much slicker version which I am happy to report is excellent, although in periods of high volatility eg non farm payrolls does tend to slow down.
I have also changed my trading behaviour in so much that I trade one hour charts and I solely trade the S&P 500 daily funded trade (DFT). Overall I find myself a much happier and more confident trader,
