piparb, nice to shave someone sharing their good fortune (trading skill). What do you mean by your balance line? If the 200 SMA is below the current trding range are you more likely to take long positions?

No ,the balanceline is the mittle of the levels . On top of the BL sell , under the BL buy.
But you must wait for minimum 50 -150 points move out of BL .
Its the same as with Bollingerbands , but I adjust my daily Balance line at the levels of the confluences and divergences .
Because I say : the price makes pins to up and down , but allways come back to the balance line ...

Well, that's the question. I've been watching silver, been in a strong down trend but holding at support. Conditions are oversold, should be close to a correction for both gold and silver.
