Yes to the second part of the question, which probably means it'll fall to 9700.

With 3 interests rate decisions your guess is as good as mine the market has priced in 2rate hikes each at .25bp each but... will the BOE be bold enough to go .50bp next week.(I doubt that not with elections etc but.. who knows)

But then again will the Fed be more hawkish or just...
