Is there anyway this forum/thread can auto refresh when there is a new post?? as often i have to do clicks to get the update/new posts - anyone out there who can guide or do you manually have to refresh every few minutes?

Tell you what, oanda have been crap, fortunately for me anyway i was long cable, but I sense those ****ers all new what was coming and were trying to screw the shorts over..
