7am BST is the Frankfurt open, that is the reason.
DAX opening and close is complicated, please search internet and learn more about it. Some already have discussed it somewhere on T2W.
Goggle it and you will have an idea.

basically DAX seems to be making double top around 11920 and I also think the pattern can still change a bit...based on how DAX consolidate around 11920 before making a big move...

Its been hard work to figure out the missing bit... I have now workout the trend change date....

out of 24th and 27th, it is 27th April...
