Strange - I was feeling bullish and looking at the SPX and DAX I'm getting mixed feelings. DAX looks like it wants to drop on short TFs.


SPX doesn't know it should be going up. Lacking some gusto wind power.


Someone should tell the market Chinese have dropped their rates.
