Depends if US markets play ball I guess. It has momentum

Bears on the offensive - 11300 may be harder to break.

On 4H charts - mini fib retrace looks like PP-S2 approximates to 61% so we are hitting a bit of a wall.

PP-S3 - is 50% retrace.

PP is the red horizontal line.


It's been a good day - and don't have much inclination either way from here onwards.




Marc Faber's talk on BBG today was on the nail imo.

DAX pretty strong but I think it's coming back down to test support now.

Expect a sell towards the end of the day.


US Pending Home Sales below expectations @ 0.9% (1.3% exp). No big deal but titchy twity markets, what with China, Grexit and Fed rates...

Should be able to brush it off as rate hikes well in the horizon and more of a mirage than reality imho (& Marc Faber's)

PS. I think Fed should raise it but don't believe it will.

What happens if market moves sideways but gets to green support line.

Would that be a breakout or down?

Or support line becomes null n void?

Diagonal support on DAX at 11025 area - 1 min chart. This is for tomorrow - doubt it will even get there tonight. Rough day today.
