I beg to differ. As I said earlier, it's having too much of it that creates the problem. But you can't trade very well unless you have enough confidence in your trades.
Confidence...yes, but trading should be free of emotions if you want to be successful. You need to know when you are wrong and how to take a loss, and ego will keep you in the trade and lock up funds you can use to trade until you end up with a huge loss.
