Update:
Working on New exit logic for breakout strategies that will further reduce leverage and increase avg. holding period.

My mean reversion stratergies has sucked big time since July 2024; it turns good returns into negative ones

Noticed it also and closed all positions TVS last week all profits were gone almost. Market is Trump choppy ...adjusting an ea live is very risky...good luck with it I am sure you will come up with strategy for current market...I looking forward to your new ea settings when they will be available...Very nice that you recognize the results of mean reversion sucked...most stick to the new "idea" until it is to late...

Working on it: 1. Too much open risk for equity indices, such as a +2% gain to a stop-loss of -1%. Looking for an exit logic that reduces VaR with minimal impact on profitability. 2. For mean reversion, working on dynamic settings for the EA to reduce exposure during high volatility periods and increase exposure during low volatility periods.

It's quite time-consuming, as I want to avoid ending up with a curve-fitted result.

Many changes have been made to the current VT strategies. Below is a sample BT report of USD/JPY. Looking forward to deploying this strategy on JPY, USD, and XAU pairs in the next few weeks after testing everything.

Caught few lucky trades on the right side after Trump's tariff announcement. Closed it manually because the algo was not designed for such news-driven events.
