Simon
or Sandy, why not start your own thread [ diary, journal ] of your progress and discoveries in the fascinating world of trading robots?
Important info for all Concept FX users.
Most of the original users of Concept and followers of this thread will know the history and origins of Concept. It is a second product offering from Tradewin.Co.Uk and was released when their original TradeWin software failed due to the volitile trading conditions brought about by the financial crisis.
The same people were also running Goldline - an Index 'trading' software 'program'....
and befroe that a dodgey golf program...can't remember the name but am embarrassed to admit to having bought that.
and before that some horse racing program. They all had the same sort of advertising (ADVFN) and pricing......... and all ended up the same way.
They sell a 'program' when all they are really selling are some dodgy email signals based on the law of averages - this is what the marketing director told me himself about Goldline. It was only when I went in to their office in Hertford, that I realized these were the same 'gangsters' I had bought the golf program from some years earlier. They were doing very well with a sports Bentley and Mercedes parked outside.

Quote "This loss I have now just about made up using EAs."
Sorry to be ignorant but what are EAs please?
And after that some more horse racing again, called "The Inner Circle" by Dean McKeown.and before that some horse racing program. They all had the same sort of advertising (ADVFN) and pricing......... and all ended up the same way.
3 losing trades all getting stopped out on Friday which lost me circa £4.5k Lucky for me the EURJPY didnt get stopped on Capital Spreads (came pretty close mind). Obviously I didnt know that Concept would show that the official trade got closed until I ran the update late last night. Once this showed as stopped I closed my open position for around a £2k profit which obviously means that the loss of Friday is almost halved. Lucky me!
Steve.

See Dean McKeown Inner Circle
I received an email about this about a month ago. Not only using the same typeface as Concept FX (they're not that clever) but also a first name I had supplied to Concept FX only.
Since you are a Senior Member I think your experiences will be much valued. The problem is single post users posting links that usually are affiliate links (and easy to spot).I won't be naming them. At the beginning of the thread I nearly got lynched by a hanging posse of moderators... LOL
Hello Sandy. I notice your last post was at 4.44am and your edit at 5.18am. Do you have to sit up and wet-nurse your ea's through the night just in case they bankrupt you whilst you sleep?
Jeez! Not much of a sense of humour there then. LOL
