Hi All.

Good day here at our group home.

My folks were able to stop by with our family dog Chloe.

We are planning on a family lasagna dinner next weekend which should be cool.

While I was in the hospital I came up with a few ideas for resolutions in 2025.

Eat Healthier
Exercise Daily
Stay Sober all year
Start each day with 3 positive affirmations
Start each day with a gratitude list of 3 things
Enroll in an art class
Spend more time with family
Be more sensible
Be more assertive
Speak Less & Say More
Volunteer at a local food bank, humane society or public library
Attend mental health therapy
Live a more balanced life of moderation

I plan to choose 2 or 3 & commit to them.

Anyways all seems well tonight.

We are one cool crew.

Everyone is chill here.

Our staff is all good people as well.

Great to eat homemade meals once again.

Very thankful to be home & hospital free.

Wanted to congratulate our U of M football team for finishing the season strong with their wins against OSU & Alabama.

Tomorrow should be one of the biggest games in our Lions team football history.

Sure both Detroit & Minnesota will show up ready to play on Sunday night.

I do believe Detroit is favored & we should have an excellent opportunity to win at home.

Woke up early & excited to start the day.

Already eager for our Sunday night showdown.

I still remember watching the Lions back in their one win seasons 20 years ago.

How far they have come to transform into one of the leagues most elite NFL teams.

May end up being one of the biggest games in franchise history?

Downtown Detroit should be electric tonight full of fans.

Top 2 contenders in the NFC going head to head.

What an awesome match up on prime time.

Should make for an amazing game of football.

Hi Folks.

I am in a Henry Ford Health Hospital seeking help & recovering well today. I was allowed some phone time to contact my loved ones & support team. I couldn't ask for a more compassionate caring team of nurses doctors & staff. Thank You.

Lots going on in the world I don't have access to for information. LA Wildfires I do hope will come under control. Climate Change is very real. I still try to make an effort & care about our people. Saving our planet earth is no easy task. I do try hard to get help & raise awareness when I an able to.

On another note

A Huge Cheers to our Lions Football Organization here in Detroit.

We have made some amazing achievements in our NFL franchise over the past years. Detroit has a Football Team full of hope, growth, progression & direction. Building team strength together has developed good chemistry. We have advanced as one increasing our experience, awareness & knowledge. Our Gowth & Grit have been remarkable.

As a fan of football all I can say is thank you. Detroit is such an amazing city & sports town as well. We have now produced an excellent football franchise here in the D.

More Good News

We are now rewarded extra games for such good performance. Let's keep playing our best ball. We did play really well all year. No reason we can't enjoy ourselves a little more & continue to play well.

The Lions found a system that works.
