I find the same thing with this company,(Finspreads). Sometimes in volitile periods the platform can freeze/slow up and it's always at that special moment. Always have a phone to hand and set limits and stops for peace of mind (I dont use stops and limits personally so am open to massive gaps). If your using finspreads then get yourself a PDA to trade off of as well.
Try resetting/refreshing the platform and make sure your using a solid internet connection as wireless can have security issues that can slow down connection speed as well as other probs associated with wireless. Also make sure your PC can comfortably run it as the platform itself will use far more memory when streaming prices fast, the faster the price movement the more your PC will have to work. Try shutting down other applications and especially any graphs you may have open.
