Whitesands Capital
Usual website crap, tells you how long they've been established, how big they are. Trouble is the website was first registered in 2010 when they say they've been around since 1999. Also they bill themselves as one of 'Asia's largest wealth managers' yet I can guarantee with 100% certaintity that nobody in Asian money management circles will have heard of them.
Another point to note, they say they operate in 23 countries yet are regulated by NOT ONE financial regulator (not even a fake one
) Folks, it's impossible to manage client money these days (stocks, bonds etc) without being regulated.

There is NO Whitesands Capital Registered in Hong Kong
There is only Whitesands Investment Holdings Limited, C.R. Number 1864503, Date of Incorporation 19Feb2013
Naturally I could be wrong so I suggest to whoever is inclined to and want to do business with them to ask first for the Certificate of Incorporation with names of Directors, address, etc. Otherwise keep his money in his pocket and have a nice day.

His former employer now abroad and wanted by police and another so called mark everitt supposedly from leeds, not found yet. They were involved in my fraud altough the police. 5 minutes and youll have photos of both of them, details of previous employment, names of two associated companies including some carbon credit crap. What's so difficult?
Like I said your main problem is your attitude to others, even those that have attempted to help you. It's your fault you gave your money to a bunch of con men, not ours. Stop telling us how useless everyone else is and take responsibility for your own stupidity.

For the sake of my sanity (and in case of others) do you know anything of:

That's amazing, I even rep'd you on the post about them. F**k me, how easy am I to con.
Needless to say that has scared me a little and I only read the post about a month back but yet they've been ringing me over the last year or so. I only really paid attention to their name today.
Anyway, Many thanks for that. I'll tell them politely to take me off their list next time they ring.

I have been contacted by this group by a guy first name Billy unfortunately I didn't get his surname. Same thing offering land for sale. They have sent me out documentation signed by their portfolio manager a Casey Taylor. I haven't committed anything nor am i likely to, can we say for definite that they are a scam.
