Anyone scalping the FTSE Futures??

had 7537 on DAX marked as short entry for 10 point scalp, but missed it (fib 61.8% 7554 - 7509). Now waiting for EOD in Europe.

Hi chaps

Indeed, amazing levels for shorting the EU indices.

Timing is very important though. You never know.

It seems also that they are de-synchronized with the US indices.

It may be a very good play for pair trades :Short EU and long US.

Anybody has an opinion on such a strategy ?

hi zorbas, the out performance by for example UK has been running for a while.

dow is down 600pts from recent highs while FTSE is within 15pts.

how will US behave once they know which way the fiscal cliff is resolved, higher taxes on dividends. tough to call

morning bustech, looks like another low range day

dollar index above 50% fib 80.12 so should apply some pressure on indices

Hi all,,, heres an update of the chart I posted last week... we keep expecting a DAX turn .. but it keeps going higher... but notice how it is just hugging the line I showed last week,,, time cycles due this week... so am expecting the turn soon

i think a few cycle traders have noted now/early next week for a turn...

wonder if the secret committee has had a meeting and agreed that Dow will end 2012 at 13,000, and FTSE will finish 2012 at 5900
