Reduces the risk when the vaccine is well matched to the virus. So if they get the vaccine wrong that year - no protection.
Even then 40% reduced illness, not cure reduced. 40% will still get sick the other 60% get NO protection.
Every year they have to change the vaccine, as I said it is a constant battle and us humans are not going to wipe out the flu virus.

Hmmm clearly you don't understand what vaccines are good for and not good for.
Measles Mumps Rubella vaccines last for a lifetime they do not need to change each year like the flu vaccine. Please dont comment on things you dont understand, or at least have the decency to do a modicum of research before you try. FFS you have access to the largest store of information in the known universe at your fingertips. You might try using it for something other than 'researching' porn once in a while.
