Dow / S&p crawling down but ftse stuck above 6820.

The S & P500 has a new sector: real estate, yesterday debuted with a gain of 0.75%. Now, the index which serves as a benchmark for many investment funds consists of 11 sectors.

The US is back to the 'sell the morning, buy the afternoon routine'.

Ftse has been playing away from 830's up or down since brexit. Kept going lower for the last month....oil causing some serious uncertainties. It may go pop bringing the ftse back to 900's or keep going down. Iran is desperate for the cash so that takes care of oil going to mid 50's

Up 31 for the day but it was a sh1te trade if that makes sense.

Slightly off topic but does anyone hedge their trade by pair trading another indices, currency, commodity etc ie go long and short?(I understand some people use options)

Just interested as part of my learning process....

Not me, old school, just use stops, when I'm wrong, I get stopped out whistling
