Anyone scalping the FTSE Futures??

what about the 90+ rule?

come the last 30mins we will see how it goes

Looking back, the Dow spent most of the morning >90 on the close signaling strength. But the durable goods numbers messed that up on the open.
Mixed messages today.

There was a recovery  - where ?

rail tonnage is very strong.

also the kansas fed has a financial distress index which is very low.

some very good indicators /surveys are saying US will be strong economically

Chicago Fed National Activity Index

"The Chicago Fed National Activity Index (CFNAI) is a monthly index designed to gauge overall economic activity and related inflationary pressure. A zero value for the index indicates that the national economy is expanding at its historical trend rate of growth; negative values indicate below-average growth; and positive values indicate above-average growth."

Looks like the prices are going up regardless of buying or selling sentiment.
Every time someone sells and the price goes down as if by magic another trade kicks in to buy it back up....
Just follow that dow up to where its got to go.

FTSE wants to go home 6500 but big boy bully dow has it by the jumper and is dragging him down the park....

Real people are selling because they know tomorrow is a big down day. But the algos are trying to drag the close figure up to a respectable level.
Turnaround Tuesday - gotta love it...
