tough grabbing 27 even using 1 min closing prices

I remembered something about mrtopstep and his "10 handle rule" when dow was trying to cross 77.5 it had done 10 handles from the lows and caused the congestion that Danny Riley talks about place buy trigger away from 10 handle congestion on sp500dec

once we hit 27, 70 was next stop, but congestion made it very hard

a good run up on ftse resistance around 480 tho...looking for dow 15100 ....bulls need 15100 area imo
