Wednesday Evening Update:
Got chatting on twitter over the moves on GOLD and took some **** clenching trades 😢
Not got the margin to use proper Money Management on GOLD but the moves were so technical I had to take a trade. Just shows "Plan your Trade, Trade your Plan"
I was setting out the moves on GOLD over the next 24hrs but it started to unfold in front of me faster than I thought as CME said they were putting up margins after the close. So I was in and out :clap:

Light day for me
Got up at 4am for the RBA Rate Decision and traded my plan to go Long but I entered before the announcement (not my normal play). No change as I expected and neutral Press Release but it drop but I was able to Buy back on bounce. Not pretty but came out ahead

Also Sunbird FX gave me another Credit of $100 on another account. 😕
So I now have two Sunbird FX accounts but as they are both on the same MT4 only one at a time can update MyFXBook so I'm not going to change the settings each time so I won't link it, so you'll just have to trust me on this one. I might link it once a week to update I'll see.

Week 5
Had a good AM Session thet sat aside until late in New York session I opened positions on USD/CAD then made an error of Averaging Down.
So still got positions open but as Midnight came I have enter totals in my Diary and accept a down day. First down day since 13th Sept 2011 so not all bad.
Plus on more good news as I did some referals for Sunbird FX I received another $350 to my Sunbird FX Live acc 2 so in effect an up day but that would be cheating lol

Going adjust the Portfolio over the weekend as the Sunbird Accounts are FREE CREDITS which can not be withdrawn. The set up is any profit I make I keep and if I blow the credit I owe nothing as its a Margin Credit so adding the credits to Portfolio Balance as Cash is not right so I'll change it.

6th Sept 2011 started on MT4 with Instaforex

Was chatting to some guys on Twitter about FXCM which sparked my interest in my old FXCM Micro account. Back in November 2010 I opened an account with $50 but by end of November I lost $29.80 then went back to FXCM demo where I blew the 50k Demo. I never seemed to win on FXCM.
I went back to the account in February 2011 then by March the account balance was $2.46 and I walked away. Have to admit It was not FXCM fault but my own being under capitalised as $50.00 is not enough to trade within money management on there platform.
So revisiting the account and better as a trader (Well reserve judgement on that 😛 ) I topped up the account +$87.54 = $90.00 Balance 23 Sept 2011. Now I have brought the account back to +pips and got back my deposits with account now +$5.72 :clap: Really impressed with FXCM again after using Instaforex with 3 pip fixed spreads and RE-QUOTE HELL FXCM feels cheap and a breathe of fresh air. But I do find I'm doing better by NOT using the FXCM Marketscope Charts as I use the MT4 Charts.
Think in due course I will get all live funds on the FXCM account.

Then making another contact on Twitter I got referred to Sunbird FX where I opened a LIVE account 19th September 2011 with FREE $100 CREDIT.
Now I added this to my CASH balance in Portfolio but on review its not CASH but CREDIT. Meaning its MARGIN CREDIT so what cash profit I make is mine to withdraw after I have traded 10 full Lots of Volume. If I lose the CREDIT I owe nothing as its just a FREE MARGIN trade CREDIT.
On making my own referrals I opened another Sunbird FX account, well I say I but it was a Sunbird FX **** up buy hey it ain't my cash. 4th and 5th October 2011 they added more FREE CREDITS totalling $450.00. I will name these 1 & 2
Acc 1 Start CREDIT 100.00
Now 50.10 😱
Acc 2 Start CREDIT 450.00
Now 451.83
Cash $1.83
On digging deepper into Sunbird FX it seems they are in the Seychelles and from what I can see are not regulated. Since opening these accounts I have had a number of NO CONNECTION problems and funny only ever when I'm in positions 😏 yesterday when EUR/USD dropped the system dropped NO CONNECTION for over 5 mins. So I will never add funds to these accounts and focus on FXCM/Instaforex accounts where I have invested my cash.
This week having four accounts open has effected my performance so from next weel I'll trade on FXCM/INSTA and if I have hit my targets I'll then give sometime to Sunbird accounts to get Cash traded into the account.
With account 1 on Friday my Mind Set was its a FREE account let it run which was bad letting the account get a big hit. Whether Cash, Free or Demo you should keep to your mind set so I'll not do that again. :smart:
In 23 days of trading I have 3 down days and 20 up days 👍
Going forward I'll only add Cash to the Portfolio as follows:

This week I had a blow out week 🙁
PC went down Monday and I blew 2 of my accounts 🙁
My Fault just very bad trading but the main account with Instaforex which started this Journal is still ahead all be it down on the week.

me "err no, your not regulated plus I still got one account with free credit"
SBFX " Laughs no point sir, you must trade 15 lots in 15 days to be able to unlock and withdraw any profit. Ok Bye sir"
Guess Ill delete the Platform lol

Friday is what ? NO GIVE BACK FRIDAYS :clap:
Sat on two Long postions Friday morning USD/JPY then 12pm came and with no move. I closed out for +$0.01 so scratch day.
Friday I like to closed out by 12pm as after this time you do see crazy moves but it was pointed out to me that its great if your on the right side. Well Friday I don't want to give back so I'll hit and run thanks 👍
Soon after USD/JPY dropped to an all time low 😛 so my rules saved me on this one :clap:
Not set the world on fire this week but that was not my goal. After last week I just wanted to refocus and trade well with Low Risk and NO Weekly Loss. I achieved what I set out to do 👍
