Hello,

I have decided to start publishing my trading signals here on T2W over the next few months simply to help struggling traders out, and of course for my own entertainment.

I'm not a vendor and have nothing to sell. I'm simply just going to post my Forex - Gold - Oil & FTSE100 daily signals on the days that I'am actively trading.

I normally trade 5 days a week but sometimes I take days of the screens.

A very small bit about me

I'm a recently converted home trader now, after I was sacked for gross misconduct from my job 4 months ago for doing something rather naughty to someone elses nose;)

I worked for one of the UK's biggest financial spread betting firms for 5 years and 2 different bookies before that, overall I have 8.5 years trading experience.
I also have a society of technical analysis diploma to my name and various other papers.

My Trading Style

My trading style is short term day trading and I use both fundamentals and technical analysis....about 30% fundamentals, 50% technical analysis & 20% judgment and experience.

I get 8-9/10 calls right and my trades produce between 20 - 80 pips. I normally get 1 - 3 signals per day.

The Signals

When I post a signal here I will first give a pre-warning post, stating that there is a potential trade setting up. I will then make a follow up post stating entry price, stop price and potential target. If the trade does not trigger I will also make a follow up post stating this.

I will also give exit posts and profit/loss posts to keep the situations updated.

I know some people are against signal providers and so on. But It would be appreciated if this thread could be kept clean and friendly.
If you don't like my signals or what I'm doing then you don't have to read or view them.

I will get started on Monday.

Thanks
50pips.

wow hope youve got what it takes to back up what you say,It would be an absolute delight if you are genuine, but most on here would doubt that.If true I will sing your praises loud and clear. I also worked for a bookies for 8 years untill they wanted me to work at night. Would love you to give me the ammo to beat them

Good luck

Hello,

Thank you for you're feedback!

I know that people may wonder if I'am genuine as the internet is full of low-life.

All I'm doing here is providing a free service for a few months for anyone who is interested. I will post my daily signals on the days that I trade.
I normally trade 5 days a week, but like my intro says above I take the occasional day off to chill out.

I will look to start on Monday 8th Feb 2010.

Thanks
50pips.

Welcome to T2W
There are a lot of hindsight traders here who are happy to tell you after the fact what fabulous trades they took. I admire anyone who posts their calls or trading record.

Hi,

Thanks for the welcome.

I definitely know what you mean about the "hindsight" traders or will we call them marketers ;)

I have no intention of posting "after event trades"

All my posts will be bang on entry or at least within 60 seconds of entry. I need time to type them here and hit the enter button lol.

My entrys normally have a 5 pip entry range anyway, each side of the actual entry price.... so you do NOT have to enter on the price I enter the market at. You can enter up to 5 pips each side of my price.

I will post the actual signal entry price.... so for example If I say enter cable short at 600 then you have a 5 pip range both sides.. you can still enter at 605 or 595, also an extra pip here and there out side of the 5 pip range wont kill you, the 5 pip rule isn't a 100% must, just don't go over-board with that broken rule!

Cheers

Just to clear a few things up for some people about the vendor badge on my profile. Couple of emails asking about it.

I though I needed to add the "newsletter, tip sheet" vender badge to publish signals here when joining T2W. Wasn't 100% sure so I just clicked it incase it was needed.

My signals are free and no money is asked for.

How much bad beak (Charlie) did you sell them to mess up their nose then? ;) Questions; will you be using DMA or SB, what TF will you be sticking to, 15-30min? and when you say 8/9 out of ten signals are correct presumably you mean the entry conditions are right? That's similar to my own trigger point/s, so cannot see why anyone would find that hard to believe....good luck with your journal. :)

Hello,

I use a few different timeframes but mostly I work off the 4hr/1hr/15min with some analysis done on the daily chart. I dont really go lower than a 15 minute.

I mostly trade over at FXCM never had a problem with them.

Yes when I say 8-9/10 I do me the entry conditions are correct.

I'm slightly intrigued by this, on another thread you're dismissing/questioning Phil Newton's stategy, his motives and his 'need' and yet you are (attempting) something similar (albeit free) with this signals thread...and you have a vendor badge....

Maybe you are not reading the posts here like the one I made today about the vendor badge. If I don't need it I will remove it if I new how.

So since i have already stated why I have that I wount bother answering again.

The same fact is also true about my Phil N post. If you bother to read that correctly then you will notice that the post was about him "claiming" to make 1300 pips per week wich would be £3million per week in less than 17 months using a very simple compounding spread sheet but he charges £100+ per month for it. Thats why I sated over there why would someoene like that bother. If he is genuine then good if not I don't care. I was just giving my cents.

  • I do not claim to make 1300 pips per week
  • I do not sell my system
  • I do not sell signals

What I'm doing is 101% different I'm providing daily signals for free and require or ask for no money. Sorry if that is so simple you can't understand it.

Just to give you a heads up. I wont be answering anymore questions on this thread that has nothing to do with my signals. I would like to keep this thread tidy and focused on the "title" of the thread.

Quite a fascinating *edge*, I'm sure the "struggling traders" will provide you with much "entertainment"....:cheesy:

GBP/USD USA BREAKOUT

Okay this simple little strategy should be used in conjucntion with your own system or way of trading.

I don't recommend trading this on its own. If you have a system that points in the same direction as the breakout then all the better.

Again this is very simple and easy to use................................

All you are looking to do it take cables (GBP/USD) High and low between the hours of 12pm and 2pm. When Wall street opens up at 2.30 you're looking for cable to break the high or low then thats the direction you shall look to trade in. You can also get a break before 2.30, thats fine.

Plots the high/low on the 15 minute chart and look for the high/low to be broke on the 5 min chart. You will often find a 1,2,3, pattern there.

Remember use this with another signal generater (system)

You will also have to use your own target zones, money management rules and exit rules.
This is just to help with direction.

Blue lines are entrys. Red lines are stops. the black lines are 12pm/2pm

Just to point something out to you.

I don't know who big dog is never saw his posts. But I can tell you the "early morning" or "afternoon" breakout aint his or anyone elses method!

The breakout method has been around for 40+ years bud.

I also don't claim the right to this method. I'm simply showing something I use to help with direction for the US session.

Like I say, breakouts have been around well before the internet lol and Forex breakouts. Big dog me or anyone else that shows a break out are simply showing methods that have been around since charts were invented.

Hi,

No thats not what I use for this signal.

But what you have on your chart is perfeclty fine for signals. Can't see much wrong with it.

Still hold firm in cable for the time.

Will update soon.
