if you say Paypal is the best, what is the use of Moneybookers?

Moneybookers is useful to send and receive payments from countries where PayPal does not operate.

also,quite a few vendors and brokers do not offer PayPal but do offer Moneybookers.

I use Moneybookers quite regularly. they seem fine to me.

I know I might be a bit late to join... I am new... but I thought that I would put in my 2cents as well!
I think the best online payment method is the paysafecard. I dont have a CC and I find that I can buy everything that I want safely and easily with this card.
