What's wrong with IB?

I have read many complaints about them on the Internet.

I emailed their help desk about 5 hours ago and have still not had a reply.

Pretty crap support I'd say.

Luckily, in the past 2 years I haven't really had much trouble and haven't really needed to contact them.

But when the sh it does hit the fan, they don't seem to respond too well do they ?
 
TWS froze and blanked out on me this afternoon. I had to kill the process and relaunch. It messed up my automated trading.

I was trading SHLD when my TWS cut out on me.

NOT FUNNY !!! :cry:

Agreed Peto. And when you consider how often it is updated with new features I have no problem with the odd rare glitch which may occur.
I have been using IB for years and they are the best imho.
