What broker? Low trades and online

Hey

I am looking for an account that i can use to buy stocks when i feel like it, ie: not very much, maybe every other month or so tops.

Be good to be online, and not looking for any other services.

Also, on a different note, what are the benefits of having an account with an advisor, and who is offering the best advice for the extra you pay per trade?
