I tried audiobooks for a while but I either don't concentrate on trading enough or do and miss what the book was even about. So I try something less involved now. Usually like deep house or low-fi concentration music. Few good playlists around.

Enjoying some of the deep focus/"coding" playlists on YouTube at the moment. Turning it down quite low so not too distracting and good for my focus.

Really wish I had the discipline to learn guitar bloody love it
