very slow Tradestation data feeds...

anyone here having problems with slow data feeds from Tradestation? Charts taking a very long time to load and big lags/differences between charts and bid/offers on the order matrix?

Has been a real problem for me...off and on over the last 2 weeks 😕

Why dont you ring customer support ? One thing worth trying is deleting the cache folder from the program folder.

yes major issues here, support telling me they are aware of it and are trying a fix. Seems to go funny at 7pm UK time.
