The AED never seems to fluctuate, appearing to stay at 3.6730 AED/USD.
moreover, they have great onshore and offshore corporate tax schemes.
 
That's because it's pegged to the dollar. So you might as well just own the dollar.

What's your obsession with corporate tax rates by the way?
 
Owning one currency is not a good idea. Plus it is more about security. Have a JAFZA in the UAE without worrying about currency fluctuations. Multi currency accounts are the way to be. The Chf is also pretty stable but a Swiss SA requires 100,000 CHF - a high price for security. Zürch Kontanalbank. It makes sense to use corporations as investment vehicles
