US start-up shares selling. (urgent)

Hi to everyone,

I am shareholder of a US start-up (holding) and I seek to sell part of these shares
urgently because need for liquidities to launch another activity.

These shares are estimated at 20.83$, by a company of audit subsidiary of BNP-Paribas.
I hold 31000 shares and wishes to sell of them 20000 to 15$, ideally in a batch,
or 2 batches of 10000, or other.

Large medium-term appreciation, because the holding will be side soon on
electronic quotation, the Nasdaq.
The shares are recorded electronically at large a US bookeeper.
These shares are in free-trading.

Personally, I intend to preserve the balance of 11000 shares by aiming at the 100$
by actions in +/- 5 years, plus the dividends.

Activities in the field of mobile telephony (roaming) and the microphone-payments by gsm and debit-cards.
World activities in full rise since several years.
Subsidiary companies in the course of opening everywhere in the world: The USA, Dubai, Australia,… already operational.
Opening in France since September.
The leaders are great names of the international industrial scene.

Jack, I know what you mean.

I can insure you on the head of my children that this is NOT
another "nigerian crook story".

For people REALLY interested I provide the business-plan, the valuation,
the proof of my shares, a copy of my identity card, and I sign a share selling
contract.

Hoggums : the company will be quoted so I cannot mention it on a forum.
All the details only by mail.

This is a real deal.It's a private share selling.
Stop considering everyone like a crook without having the good
knowledge of the deal.

Sounds like you’ve been stuffed with a pre-IPO crock. Would the Paribas subsidiary also be advisers or auditors to the company?

A “start-up” with “World activities in full rise since several years”.? You mean the area in which they operate, not their term of operations. How long has the company been trading?

“Business-plan and valuation on request.” A valuation based on pure speculation and an overly optimistic assessment by less than partial third parties.

Forgive the cynicism, Michel, nothing personal.

As you are about to dump shares that you are expecting to rise by 500% in the next few years for something (presumably) more lucrative - I wouldn't hesitate to contact you about the more lucrative opportunity.

Assuming this offer is genuine - let this be a lesson to you in investing large amounts of money in illiquid (probably Reg-S) shares.

But of course it's not genuine as you've just included the link of a probable boiler room in your last message.
