Hi Roguetrader,

I find it hard to believe you can 30% yield on property anywhere in the developed world, when I have looked at japan the average yield is 7% Japan Rental Yields - Yields can be as high as 7.1% in Tokyo

But if you know where to get 30% I would be on the next flight !!
