TWS order fettling

I set up a bunch of OCA group orders today, one of which was a Good After Time market order to buy one ES after 20040609 21:00:00 GMT. When I transmitted the order it went dark blue and wasn't immediately filled, as expected.

But when the clock struck 21:00 the order failed to work/wasn't transmitted to the exchange. The TWS time was definitely 21:00 as was my PC's. Nothing happened. Anyone know what I did wrong?

I've tried doing it again, changing GMT to EST, still no joy. Odd. 😕

Speak to IB ASAP. I've had similar events in the past and IB bascially said tough.

I know that the ECBOT for the mini dow closes at 21:00 but I thought that Globex went on after that.
