TRIN & TICK Data

Does anyone know where I can get TRIN and TICK data for free?

At the moment I have no need for a full data feed and charting platform because a combination of IG Index and MEtA Trader are doing a good job so would be very useful to be able to get these numbers easily without signing up for a data feed.

no where as far as im aware. and trin isnt that usefull anymore
