Translate Tradestation or eSignal in ProRealTime language

Hi,
I have a program in both Tradestation & eSignal language which i am trying to translate in ProRealTime language. Or more accuratly trying to find someone or some company that will help me to do so because my programming skills are 👎

Thanks in advance for any info on where to find someone, some company or anything that could help me achieve that.
