I dont recommend anything, you have the levels and trends the sane as I have you look for the turning points or continuation of the trend. Bear in mind we are scalpers and change direction in a second.

first thing to look at on any chart/ any timeframe
carve up the chart into bullish and bearish sections using trendlines...they dont have to be that accurate`
bars or candles
you need` to practice a bit and be able to put them on within a few seconds of seeing any chart
do not load too much history...3/4 trends
if you need to look back further then got to a higher timeframe
