a bullish column with no activated upside count...bulls uncertain...equals volatility

above 10150 is the real dump area

if 10050 works out as a main res area..then look for a fake ..above
difficult to call the top..if any
the only thing we have is that there is no activated upside vertical count on spx....medium term..ish
