it is a level
yu really want 12880 as rez on a bounce

if yu have al vel and waiting for it to break/downwards
if it is an important level...price will bounce...that is no good for yu
best to look at rez areas for the bounce and then take position

then yu dont have to sit and sweat thru the bounce
