Aksherly, the indices are all new to me. For a couple of years or so I just did UJ and UC. I also had a a year or so off completely and am finding it slow-going to get back to the mind-set I had before hand. No matter how it might appear, I do find that P&F is helping and when I don't get distracted by annoying details (like life) I can still have a good day though I admit to being a looong way from my earlier consistency.
