there are opposing vertical counts
12300 gets us out of the mess....a bit

I shall answer for 007.

You could have, it would have given extra indication the price would stop at that level/trend. Infact it slightly overshot but you/we would have been alerted to that possibility.

Looks like we are dumping pre London but that could quickly reverse at open.
