Hi Guys,
I've, errr.... found a copy, of Camtasia and think it's brilliant.
My intention is to soon start using it as my trading journal, which hopefully should make things more of a pleasure to review.
I will still keep excel spreadsheets for profit/loss details, but use this, rather than printing out trades and keeping them in a folder (or saving screen shots).
The great thing is that you can record your thoughts on why you are going to trade this stock, and then talk through your reactions to events as events unfold (using the merge clips function) - a valuable addition over simply printing off charts before and after.
As I am swing trading at the moment, I have time - no good if you are a daytrading!
Also, it presents a novel way of recording your trading plan (something for the daytraders!).
I'm looking forward to spending more time with the software over the coming weeks to get more fluent with the package.
