Just wanted you to know - I have changed gear a bit lately )))) - I focus heavily on special situations and corporate actions in Russia these days, would be glad to start a dialogue, if there are potential crossovers.

BTW - ppl mean different things by corporate actions ) What I am meaning is: trading round Shareholding Thresholds, MBO, Mandatory and Voluntary Offers to Minority Shareholders, Preferred / Common stock conversion Dividend Swaps and IPO/SPOs.
